WTFalafel started with a simple idea: bring the bold, vibrant flavors of Lebanese home cooking to the Inland Empire. We believed that healthy food didn't have to be boring, and that real Lebanese cuisine — made the right way, with the right ingredients — could change how people think about eating well.
From day one, we committed to making everything from scratch. No shortcuts. No compromises. Every falafel is hand-rolled, every pita is fresh, every sauce is made in-house. That commitment hasn't changed since we opened our doors in Moreno Valley.

This is a hidden gem. Great food, large proportions, excellent atmosphere, friendly staff and restaurant owner. We were the only people there as well. Folks are sleeping on this restaurant.
